The Find- A navy grommets and chain crape Retro Tent top at Ross Dress for Less, by Smiles Fashion in XL. Yep you read it right Extra Large Women's! 

Which after a few tweaks and alterations, this will be a midi-maxi length elegantly flowing dress for the Little Woman that Rocks fashion!👗✂️📌📍

 

 

 

Pin approximately 3 inches at arm-pit seams reducing the arm whole to fit all the down the side seam to the bottom of the top (dress!)😊

Begin sewing from top of seam to bottom.

 

Complete this on both sides.

 

Trim off excess material on both sides. 

 

And Voilà! Your LittleWomen that Rocks Fashion Navy Maxi Dress!

Dress Pants Size 0 by Candies. Purchased at my go-to store Kohls (for small sizes). Leg cut is irrelevant; as with all items we'll be hacking off the length. We can make the leg style anyway we want; Boot-cut, Straight, tapered or skinny! Note: If we would like a bell-bottom style, we need to select a full-length flair pant and create gradual flair effect by tapering the inseam from the thighs to the knees. 

 

 

Now to cut and pin inseam for hem length.✂️📍📌

 

Always save extra material you've trimmed off for possible accent pieces on a blazer or top! 

Now it's time for machine sewing of tapered inseam.✂️📌✂️📍

 

Once that is completed; I like to hand stitch my hem for invisible stitches.
