Pin approximately 3 inches at arm-pit seams reducing the arm whole to fit all the down the side seam to the bottom of the top (dress!)😊

Begin sewing from top of seam to bottom.

 

Complete this on both sides.

 

Trim off excess material on both sides. 

 

And Voilà! Your LittleWomen that Rocks Fashion Navy Maxi Dress!
