Dress Pants Size 0 by Candies. Purchased at my go-to store Kohls (for small sizes). Leg cut is irrelevant; as with all items we'll be hacking off the length. We can make the leg style anyway we want; Boot-cut, Straight, tapered or skinny! Note: If we would like a bell-bottom style, we need to select a full-length flair pant and create gradual flair effect by tapering the inseam from the thighs to the knees.

Now to cut and pin inseam for hem length.✂️πŸ“πŸ“Œ

Always save extra material you've trimmed off for possible accent pieces on a blazer or top!
Now it's time for machine sewing of tapered inseam.✂️πŸ“Œ✂️πŸ“

Once that is completed; I like to hand stitch my hem for invisible stitches.

Side-by-side comparisons of original pant style before and after Rack-Hack alterations.✂️πŸ‘–πŸ–

Finished look on the left in gray tweed, which is the same style as the black pair on right!πŸ˜ŠπŸ™ŒπŸ½πŸ’•πŸ‘–
