By recognizing what  your body  type is you can make wise decisions on what styles of clothing to buy and wear. Using too many patterns and colors will break you up from head to toe.  One tried and true technique is to wear solids and color blocking creating a clean line from head to toe; thus giving the illusion of looking taller.

Don't get me wrong experiment with patterns but keep them to a minimal.

And as I always say, the perferct pair of stilettos will polish off that clean look!
